About us

Meeting Planners International is a solutions-focused Professional Conference Organiser (PCO), Venue Finder and Event Management Company devoted to the seamless coordination of Conferences and Special Events within SADC. We service local. and international clients in the Public, Corporate, Academic and Association sectors. We have an insatiable commitment to innovation, excellence, and seamless event execution. Established in 2013, MPI has serviced some of the leading companies and organisations in South Africa and are proud to be part of this dynamic industry.
