Meeting Planners International’s purpose is to provide full service event planning, production and logistical support. This is made up of several services that we offer to make sure that your guests have the greatest possible experience and you have the best Return on Investment (ROI).

With over 12 years experience in the industry our production services include creative set design and audio, projection and lighting. Our technical expertise allows us to plan out AV requirements for our clients and then manage all requirements throughout the planning process and then provide full technical operation on the day.

Every event we work on is assigned a dedicated event manager and event director to support our clients from concept and planning through to successful delivery.
